- This standard is a product standard based on DL/T 860. It stipulates the data, functions and information modeling for power communication in substations, so that equipment from different manufacturers in substation low-voltage power equipment and the substation automation system can freely exchange information and reach agreement. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and testing requirements for intelligent electronic equipment that communicates between low-voltage power equipment in substations and with other parts of the substation. The technical requirements for various power supply equipment used in substations have been clarified in standards such as DL/T 5044, DL/T 1074, DL/T 459 and DL/T 856. These standards, together with the technical requirements supplemented by this standard, are widely applicable.
