- This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test items and methods for locomotive electrical panel cabinets. This standard applies to electrical panel cabinets on railway electric locomotives, diesel locomotives and EMUs. Special requirements different from this standard shall be stipulated by the product technical conditions after consultation between the user and the manufacturer. This standard does not apply to various types of electronic control plug-in boxes. Electrical panel cabinet products for urban rail vehicles and maglev vehicles can refer to this standard.
