- These rules stipulate the measurement requirements for the net content of soap quantitatively packaged commodities (hereinafter referred to as "soap commodities") and the requirements and procedures for sampling, inspection, evaluation and other activities during the measurement inspection process. The soap products specified in these rules refer to bar soaps of different types, ingredients and packaging, such as toilet soap, laundry soap, etc. (excluding industrial soap). These rules apply to the metrological supervision inspection and arbitration inspection of the net content of soap commodities. Producers and sellers of soap products may also refer to these rules for inspection. This rule applies to soap products whose net content is in short supply due to changes in moisture, volatile matter, etc. and whose production date is within 180 days.
