- This specification applies to the calibration of resistance-capacitance method dew point hygrometers or resistance-capacitance method dew point sensors and dew point transmitters (hereinafter referred to as dew point meters). Dew point hygrometers, dew point sensors, and dew point transmitters with other working principles (such as crystal oscillator frequency, optical absorption, etc.) can be calibrated with reference to this specification.
