Scope
This Standard specifies the methods for determination of the linear-chain isomers of 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-heptadecafluorooctanesulfonate (perfluorooc-tanesulfonate PFOS) and 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-pentadecafluorooctanoate (perfluorooctanoate, PFOA) in industrial water and wastewater by using the solid-phase column and high performance liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometer (LC/MS/MS meter) (see table 1).
