Scope

This part specifies the general requirements for manned fixed-wing aircraft to carry out airborne radar scientific research flight test training. This part applies to the technical preparation, organization, implementation and evaluation of manned fixed-wing aircraft airborne radar research flight test training. Special-purpose fixed-wing military aircraft can be implemented by reference.
