- This part specifies the general requirements for manned fixed-wing aircraft to carry out scientific research flight training of power plant working characteristics. This part applies to the technical preparation, organization, implementation and evaluation of the flight test training for the scientific research of the working characteristics of the power plant of the manned fixed-wing aircraft.
