Scope

This part specifies the general requirements for aircraft vibration and flutter research flight test training for manned fixed-wing aircraft. This part applies to the technical preparation, organization, implementation and evaluation of manned fixed-wing aircraft for aircraft vibration and flutter research and flight training. Special-purpose fixed-wing military aircraft can be implemented by reference.
