- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of teaching pulleys. This standard applies to pulleys used for teaching in primary and secondary schools. This standard does not apply to pulleys on experimental instruments in primary and secondary schools.
