- This standard specifies the procedures and methods for ris assessment when exotic herbal plants are introduced from abroad (including overseas). This standard is applicable to units and individuals that introduce exotic herbal plants from abroad (including overseas) for the first time and their corresponding industry management departments to make ris management decis ons when introducing exotic herbal plants. Exotic herbaceous plants include living herbaceous plants or herbaceous plant bodies with life attributes.
