Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the grindability of raw materials in MLS grinding systems, providing a basis for the selection of MLS vertical roller mills. This standard applies to MLS grinding systems for grinding cement raw materials, gypsum, quicklime and other building materials. This standard does not apply to MLN grinding systems for grinding cement clinker.
