Scope: This standard specifies the test methods and basis for judging whether hazardous substances can be safely transported in test form. The first method, the second method, the third method, the fourth method, the fifth method and the sixth method of this standard are suitable for judging the sensitivity of solid and liquid dangerous substances to impact. The seventh method, the eighth method and the ninth method of this standard are suitable for judging the sensitivity of solid and liquid hazardous substances to friction including impact friction. The tenth method of this standard is suitable for judging the thermal stability of solid and liquid hazardous substances. Method 11 of this standard is applicable to judging the degree of reaction of solid and liquid hazardous substances to fire.
