Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the feed additive propyl gallate. This standard applies to feed additive propyl gallate obtained by esterification of gallic acid and n-propanol. This product is used in feed as an antioxidant.
