Scope

This part of GB/T 10051 specifies the mechanical properties, lifting capacity, stress and materials of lifting hooks. This part applies to forged hooks for hoisting machinery with hook numbers from 006 to 250, and other specifications of hooks can be used by reference. This section does not apply to cast hooks.
