Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements and test methods of power distribution step-down and power-saving devices. This standard applies to power-saving devices with a rated operating voltage AC of no more than 10kV, a rated frequency of 50/60Hz, and a rated capacity of no more than 3000kVA.
