Scope

This part of GB/T 9109 specifies the general principles of crude oil dynamic measurement related to the construction of measurement stations, configuration of measurement facilities, oil quantity measurement and instrument verification. This part is applicable to the construction of transfer metering stations (points) for commercial crude oil with flowmeters. For the dynamic measurement of petroleum and liquid petroleum products, you can also refer to this part for the construction of measurement stations, configuration of measurement facilities, oil quantity measurement and instrument verification.
