- This standard specifies the classification of items and cost properties for nuclear power plant construction project estimates, estimates and budgets. This standard is applicable to preliminary feasibility studies and feasibility study investment estimates, preliminary design estimates, construction drawing budgets and bill of quantities quotations for nuclear power plant construction projects with a single unit capacity of 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
