- This specification applies to the design, construction and acceptance of landfill gas collection, treatment and utilization projects for new construction, expansion and reconstruction. This specification specifies the basic technical requirements for the collection, treatment and utilization of landfill gas in domestic waste landfills. When this specification conflicts with the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations shall be implemented.
