- Scope
- This procedure applies to the scheme design, construction acceptance, operation management, safety measures and monitoring and control of the treatment of primary sludge, residual sludge and mixed sludge produced by urban sewage treatment plants. This procedure does not apply to the treatment of gravel and screen residue generated in urban sewage pretreatment, and the disposal or utilization of sludge from urban sewage treatment plants. In addition to complying with this regulation, sludge treatment in urban sewage treatment plants should also comply with the relevant national standards.
