- This part of GB/T 12162 specifies methods for calibrating site and personal dose (rate) meters and determining the energy and angular responses of site and personal dose (rate) meters in a low-energy X-ray reference radiation field. This standard specifies the method for accurately determining the conversion coefficients of the low-energy photon radiation spectrum from air kerma to Hp(10) and H*(10), and for direct calibration based on these quantities by appropriate standard instruments. This section applies to the calibration of site and personal dose (rate) meters and the determination of the energy response and angular response of site and personal dose (rate) meters in a low-energy X-ray reference radiation field.
