Scope

This standard specifies the principles that should be followed when using plasma ignition systems for power station pulverized coal boilers. This standard is applicable to pulverized coal boilers with a thermal power unit capacity of 50MW-1000MW, designed to burn bituminous coal and lignite, and adopt tangential and wall combustion methods.
