Scope: This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of stable fertilizers. This standard applies to nitrogen-containing (containing amide nitrogen/ammonium nitrogen) stable fertilizers produced by adding urease inhibitors and/or nitrification inhibitors (fertilizers added with urease inhibitors should contain urea). This standard does not apply to fertilizers produced by changing the structure of the fertilizer or coating the fertilizer particles, nor does it apply to fertilizers whose nitrogen source is only nitrate nitrogen.
