- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of fixed valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries. This standard applies to all fixed valve-controlled valves used for communication, equipment switching, power generation, emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply or similar purposes in a static place and combined with fixed equipment for floating charging or fixed in a battery room. Sealed lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) and battery packs. The sulfuric acid electrolyte in the battery is stagnant, or adsorbed in the microporous structure between the electrodes or in the form of colloid. This standard does not apply to locomotive starting, solar charging and ordinary lead-acid batteries and battery packs.
