- This standard specifies laboratory evaluation methods for oxygen scavenger performance. This standard is applicable to the performance evaluation of oxygen scavengers used in oilfield water injection and hot water pipeline systems. The performance evaluation of oxygen scavengers used in other circulating cooling water and various boiler feed water systems can also be implemented with reference.
