- This standard specifies the optical inspection specifications for measuring the three-dimensional geometric quantities of forged parts and their molds by using industrial close-range photography and three-dimensional optical surface scanning methods. This standard is applicable to the three-dimensional shape and dimension inspection of forging and pressing parts and their die parts, as well as data preparation for the reverse design of forging and pressing parts and their dies.
