- This outline is applicable to the type evaluation of single-phase and three-phase static reactive energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters) with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. This syllabus does not apply to the data interfaces of static reactive power meters, portable meters and meter counters with terminal voltages exceeding 600 V (line-to-line voltage for polyphase meters). For rack-mounted instruments, this section does not cover their mechanical properties.
