- This standard specifies a system of nominal pressures for selecting values to be used in other Japanese Industrial Standards related to hydraulics and pneumatics. This standard also defines a standard system for selecting values applicable to individual hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment. However, the nominal pressure in this standard refers to the pressure used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
