Scope

This standard specifies the ordinary RT-PCR and real-time fluorescence RT-PCR detection methods for group A rotavirus in shellfish samples. This standard is applicable to the detection of group A rotavirus in shellfish; the detection of group A rotavirus in food poisoning samples can be used as a reference.
