DIN EN 15829:2010 Foodstuffs - Determination of ochratoxin A in currants, raisins, sultanas, mixed dried fruit and dried figs - HPLC method with immunoaffinity column cleanup and fluorescence detection; German version EN 15829:2010
This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of ochratoxin A in dried fruits by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean up. It has been validated in an inter-laboratory test with currants, raisins, sultanas, mixed dried fruit and dried figs at levels from 1, 1 μg/kg to 11 μg/kg.
