- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide plate products. This standard applies to shed panels, flame baffles and other panels made of silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide that are pressed and formed at an operating temperature not higher than 1500°C.
