Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, completeness, marking, packaging and accompanying documents of plastic ball indentation hardness testers. This standard applies to plastic ball indentation hardness testers used to measure the ball indentation hardness of materials such as plastics and hard rubber in accordance with GB/T 3398.1.
