Scope
This annex describes specifications specific to synchronized symmetrical digital subscriber line (SSDSL) transceivers used in the same cable conduit as an ISDN-TCM link defined in Appendix III of ITU-T G.961. The SSDSL line transmission method allows the use of symmetrical data rates ranging from 192 kbit/s to 1.6 Mbit/s in 32 kbit/s steps using a device synchronized with the ISDN link -TCM.
