- This part specifies the basic requirements and methods for testing the biological activity of pesticides on underground pests using the insect dip method. This section applies to grubs (Holotrichia oblita F., Holorichia parallela M., Anomala corpulenta M., etc.), mole crickets (Gryllotalap unis ina Saussure, African mole cricket G africana Palis t de Beauvois ), Agrotis ypsilon (Rottemberg), wireworms [Ple-onomus canalicuatus (Faldermann), Agriotes fuscicollis Miwa, etc.] and other underground pests.
