Scope

This standard specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR rapid detection and identification method of Vibrio cholerae in imported and exported foods. This standard is applicable to the rapid inspection of Vibrio cholerae O1 group, O139 group, non-O1 non-O139 group in imported and exported foods, as well as the rapid identification of O1 group and O139 group.
