Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the dimensional changes of hot-melt adhesive linings after heat treatment. This standard is applicable to the determination of the dry heat dimensional changes that occur when woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics of various materials are coated with hot melt adhesive to make a fusible lining and bonded to the fabric.
