Scope

This standard specifies the testing methods and requirements for the sealing gas leakage of single-end kettle mechanical seals and dry (without sealing fluid) double-end mechanical seal products before leaving the factory. This standard applies to mechanical seals for kettles whose sealing medium pressure is not greater than 0.5MPa.
