Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the activity of carbon monoxide sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts (low pressure part). This standard is applicable to carbon monoxide sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts used in ammonia synthesis and hydrogen production devices where the operating pressure is less than 3.0 MPa, and where carbon monoxide is added with water vapor to produce hydrogen.
