- Scope
- This regulation specifies chromium-nickel austenitic steel, austenitic-ferritic (bidirectional) stainless steel, iron-nickel alloy and nickel alloy welding materials with equipment design temperature higher than -20°C and pipeline design temperature higher than -29°C. Requirements for welding procedure qualification, welder examination, welding procedures, welding inspection and post-weld treatment. This procedure is applicable to the welding construction of equipment and pipeline arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding and submerged arc welding in petrochemical engineering construction projects.
