Scope

This standard is applicable to energy-saving testing of newly built, expanded, and renovated residential buildings. This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for energy-saving testing of residential buildings. When this standard conflicts with the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations shall be implemented.
