Scope

This standard specifies the lime filter paper collection fluoride ion selective electrode method (LTP method for short) for the determination of fluoride in ambient air. This standard is applicable to the determination of long-term average fluoride pollution levels in ambient air. When the sampling time is one month, the lower limit of determination of the method is 0.18 μg/(dm.d).
