- Scope
- This standard specifies liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction high-performance liquid chromatography methods for the determination of sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in drinking water, groundwater, surface water, seawater, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. Sixteen kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) include: naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, ("艹" followed by "Qu"), benzo[ b] Fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, benzo[ghi]perylene. The liquid-liquid extraction method is suitable for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in drinking water, groundwater, surface water, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. When the extraction sample volume is 1L, the detection limit of the method is 0.002~0.016 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.008~0.064 μg/L. See Table A.1 for details. The extracted sample volume is 2L and the sample is concentrated to 0.1ml. The detection limit of benzo[a]pyrene is 0.000 4μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.0016 μg/L. The solid phase extraction method is suitable for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in clean water samples. When the volume of the enriched sample is 10 L, the detection limit of the method is 0.0004~0.0016μg/L and the lower limit of determination is 0.0016-0.0064μg/L. See Table A.2 for details.
