This standard specifies the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of total chromium in soil. This standard applies to the determination of total chromium in soil. When 0.5g of sample is weighed and the volume is adjusted to 50ml, the detection limit of this method is 5mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 20.0mg/kg.
