Scope

This standard applies to the performance requirements and test methods of non-aqueous zinc oxide/eugenol cements used in dental temporary cementing, permanent cementing, cavity lining, cavity bottoming and temporary restoration. This standard also applies to eugenol-free zinc oxide aromatic oil cements used as temporary cements.
