- Scope
- This standard specifies the standard method for the direct determination of trace moisture in liquefied petroleum gas by the Karl Fischer method (coulometric method). This standard is applicable to the determination of moisture content in liquefied petroleum gas within the range of 5 mg/m to 5000 mg/m. The standard reference conditions for volume measurement in this standard are 273.15K (0℃), 101.325kPa (1 atm). This standard does not apply to the determination of moisture in liquefied natural gas with a hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan content greater than 20% of the water content.
