Scope
This standard specifies the general principles, energy-saving approaches, operation management, economic operation evaluation and testing methods for energy conservation of pneumatic transportation and dust removal systems in the wood industry. This standard applies to the planning, design, modification, use, maintenance and equipment management of pneumatic transportation and dust removal systems (referred to as systems) in the wood industry. This standard does not apply to pneumatic transportation and dust removal systems for inorganic materials.
