Scope

This standard stipulates the terms and definitions, the basis and evaluation methods of catering enterprise classification, the evaluation and management principles of grades, the principles of supervision and management, and the requirements for grade evaluation. This standard applies to catering enterprises with legal operating qualifications within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
