This Singapore Standard applies to chilli sauce, a condiment/marinade for edible purposes. Chilli sauce in this standard shall comprise the following four categories. (a) Chilli sauce; (b) Sweet chilli sauce; (c) Garlic chilli sauce; (d) Ginger garlic chilli sauce.
