Scope

This Recommendation, the provisions of which must be applied in conjunction with those of Recommendations D.1, D.3 and D.4, establishes the charges applicable to the rental for private use of international radio and television circuits and associated conversation circuits in relations between countries of Europe and the Mediterranean Basin.
