Scope

This standard specifies the real-time fluorescence RT-PCR rapid detection of dengue viruses at border ports for entry and exit or mosquito-borne dengue viruses, including detection objects, specimen collection and processing, detection procedures, result determination and reporting. This standard applies to laboratory testing of entry and exit of border ports or dengue virus carried by mosquitoes.
