This standard specifies the liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry methods for the determination of nicarbazine (marked residue is dinitrodiphenylurea) and diphenylurea residues in imported and exported animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of nicarbazine and diphenamide residues in beef, chicken, beef liver, chicken liver and eggs.
